The Anise Process.

Exploration
Share your expectations and goals with our team to begin crafting a tailored framework that aligns with your institution's requirements for program approval.

Anise presents general program vision and ideas, empowering you to determine the best way our services and can benefit your students.

Proposal
Anise will provide a proposal, taking into consideration all the criteria from the exploratory phase: budget, curriculum and academic requirements, program milestones and more.​

Itinerary
Once agreed, Anise will continue to inform you of all program itinerary development and final confirmation, including (but not limited to): company and cultural visits, student & staff accommodation, meal reservations and in-country travel + transportation bookings.

Pre-Program
Anise leads a thorough pre-program preparation. Our standard preparation includes an online student seminar with participants to discuss pertinent information prior to travel, a digital participant guide including general information on travel tips, in-country cultural and language considerations, safety measures and other key details. Should your institution have particular requirements we can tailor our preparation program accordingly. ​

The Experience
At last, the program begins. The Anise team will be with you the entire journey: airport pick-up, welcome orientation, logistics and coordination, accommodation and check-in support, introductions and active engagement at company/site visits, accompanying cultural excursions and much more.
Follow-through

Once your program has finished, we follow up with you to ensure that your expectations were met and exceeded. We have a program survey for students to share their feedback as well.
